All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment systems.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for more details.
5. Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of our tour guides. We reserve the right to remove any guest who is disruptive or poses a risk to others.
6. Liability
SnapnSwirl Tours is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during our tours. Guests participate at their own risk.
7. Privacy

At SnapnSwirl Tours, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your tour, we’re here to help.
1. Cancellations and Refunds
Travelers may cancel their tour up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local timezone to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after that period. Please contact us for more details.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at latika@snapnswirl.com.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
